For realtors and sellers
A repipe plan that fits the listing
You need paper you can attach to the file and dates you can give a buyer.
The written plan
Every fixture, every wall opening, the permit and the schedule, on one document you can send to the other side.
The permit copy
Our coordinator files the permit and sends you its number and the inspection date.
The close-out
After the final inspection you get the inspection record and our summary of the work, for the file.
When an inspection flags the pipes
Repipe before the listing, or credit at closing
Both can work. We write the plan either way, so the number is on paper before you decide.
Seller: a repipe done, patched and painted before photos
Buyer: a written plan to ask for a credit against
Both: dates to plan around escrow, which you confirm with us

What agents ask us
How soon can you walk a house?
Ask when you call. Walk-through dates depend on the schedule that week, and we tell you the next open one.
Can you work around a lockbox and showings?
Yes, once the plan sets the dates. Showings pause for the two days, and we leave the house clean for the first one after.
Will the buyer's inspector accept the work?
The work is inspected under the permit. What a buyer's inspector asks for beyond that is between them and the buyer.
Send us the address
Give us the address and who we're calling. We'll set the walk-through and send the plan to you.
